About

Have you ever experienced taking a photo and immediately showing it to someone you're with? Or maybe someone has shown you a photo they just took?

It might seem strange since you were both in the same place when the photo was taken, but there's something interesting happening. Being able to take a photo and show someone is the closest we can get to sharing a what we saw. We're literally showing someone how we see the world.

There are many aspects of photography that I enjoy, but this idea of sharing a perspective has me hooked. Our world is big, noisy, and full of things to look at! I find photography to be a way to share with others what catches our attention. From snapshots to fine art, showing someone a photo you took is sharing with them your perspective, and the converse is true too.

I enjoy photography through exploring the technical as well as the creative. And from time to time, working with others on projects that mean something to them.
